Terms of service

These terms cover use of noku at noku.al. By signing in or connecting a Google account, you agree to them. The operator is based in the Republic of Albania. These terms are governed by Albanian law. Courts in Albania have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

The service

noku gives you a private office. Noku is there, and you add the workers you want. They work from the desk, the folders, and the board you set up. We provide the service as it is available. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to plans, included token caps, or features. If a change is material and you do not accept it, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Plans, payment, and cancellation

Starter is €29 per month and Pro is €79 per month, billed by invoice. Accounts are opened by noku (sales-led); there is no self-serve checkout. Payment is due on the invoice. If payment stops, we may deactivate the login and stop the office after the paid period ends. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@noku.al; service continues until the end of the paid month. We do not refund unused days of a paid month unless the law requires it. Consumers in the EU/EEA may have a 14-day cooling-off right for a new distance contract; say so when you write if you want to use it.

Your account

Accounts are opened by noku. You are responsible for the password, the instructions you give Noku, and the mail you approve. Do not share the login.

Gmail

Connecting Gmail is optional. You authorize Noku to read mail you ask him to handle and to send mail you approve, as described in the privacy policy. You can revoke that access from your Google Account at any time. Google’s own terms also apply to your Google account.

Acceptable use

Use noku for your own work. Do not use it to break the law, to send mail the recipient did not need from you, or to interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend an account that does.

Your content

You keep what you put in. You give noku permission to host it and to send the parts a task needs to the AI provider on your worker, so Noku can do the work.
